Synthetic Resin and Rubber
Sino-Japan Chemical has developed a series of products used in the synthetic resin and rubber industries, including emulsifiers for emulsion polymerization, water-based epoxy resin emulsifiers, multi-hydroxyl monomers for UV monomer synthesis, polyols for polyurethane synthesis and auxiliary Agents. Many countries have implemented relevant environmental protection regulations and developed the water-based resin industry by raising awareness of global environmental issues. In recent years, we have focused on eco-friendly and sustainable water-based resin products, including conventional emulsifiers, polymerizable emulsifiers and polymerizable stabilizers. The reactive group of polymerizable emulsifiers could react with monomers and the formation of chemical bonding would prevent the emulsifiers from migrating to the surface of the polymer, thereby improving the water resistance, weather resistance, adhesion and corrosion resistance of the polymer film. In addition, choosing an appropriate polymerizable emulsifier could improve the mechanical stability, chemical stability and freeze-thaw stability of the polymer emulsion.
